Now you already know Puddle. One day, Puddle was falling down as he always did, when he saw there was water like him under him and there was a lot of it too. Puddle never knew there was so much water like him. He saw a big piece of nice wood with a white piece of cloth on a wooden post. Then he felt the piece of wood touch his slender body. He was amazed he was on a sailboat for the first time in his life.
It was fun to read about Puddle! I like how out of all that water he landed on a sailboat. Good ending!
ReplyDeletePuddle landed on wooden boat! We sailors call those wooden boats, "classic" because now most boats are made of fiberglass--a kind of hard plastic mixed with strong fibers. Puddle is lucky though, because those old wooden boats are cool.
ReplyDeleteNice work using helping words--such as nice, white, wooden, and slender---to help the readers see the pictures of the story more clearly! Good job!
Hugs,
Aunt Leslie
